Salary: R5 500 per month

Role & Responsibilities

1. Content Support

  • Assist with writing social media captions, blog drafts, and email copy.
  • Assist with design of social media creative design.
  • Help source images, schedule content, and maintain content calendars.
  • Proofread and format marketing materials for clarity and brand consistency.
  • Assist with compiling and sending through client leads generated from platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.

2. Social Media Management

  • Assist in publishing content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor comments and messages for community engagement opportunities.
  • Compile basic analytics reports (e.g., likes, reach, engagement rates).

3. Campaign Assistance

  • Support the setup of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Help monitor ad performance metrics and gather data for client reports.
  • Perform competitor research and keyword research to support SEO/SEM efforts.

4. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Update campaign spreadsheets, schedules, or reporting dashboards.
  • Take notes during client meetings or internal brainstorming sessions.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, or developers for asset delivery.

5. Market & Industry Research

  • Research trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform strategies.
  • Compile summaries or slide decks to support client presentations or pitches.

6. Sales & Proposal Support

  • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks and proposals by gathering supporting data, visuals, and relevant case studies.
  • Help format and proofread proposals to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Sit in on discovery calls to observe client needs and contribute insights from a research or campaign perspective.
  • Support CRM updates and the follow-up process as needed during the sales cycle.

7. Learning & Development

  • Attend training sessions or shadow specialists (SEO, Paid Ads, Strategy).
  • Stay updated on industry tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
